Since 1998, we've been building web sites, crafting logos and scheming up ways to make media look beautiful. Over this time we've developed a unique philosophy about the way we believe a design project should happen, from start to finish. Here's our manifesto:

  Intentionally great web sites need style and substance, form and function. A beautiful web site that isn’t programmed properly makes about as much sense as a luxury car that can’t drive. But on the flip side, you want more than a Yugo when it comes to your web site. At August Road, we strive to balance out the beautiful and the brilliant so you end up with a web site that look great, and works great.
• Being online is no longer enough .
  
  Just think of the last TV commercial you saw that was really awful. Though some company spent tons of money to get “on tv,” their poor representation actually damaged their image. In a world that judges books by their cover, it’s maybe time to consider who’s designing the cover of your “book...”
• Custom designs for custom dreams.
  
  Your company's vision isn't cookie-cutter, so why should your web site be? Everything we make here is original and custom-built for you. Rest assured that when you create your project with us, you'll never stumble across a plumber in Cheboygan whose web site looks exactly like yours.
• If it's not right, it should be fixed.
